PostHeaderIcon Mountain Walking

With clear skies the mountains of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia can offer walkers fantastic panoramic views around North Wales and across the Irish Sea. If heading high is your thing why not come along and climb one of Wales’s highest mountains, Snowdon, Tryfan, the Glyders or the Carneaddu all offer challenging yet rewarding outings.

For an equally scenic walk but slightly less strenuous how about a walk along the Llyn Peninsula’s Coastal path? As well as holiday makers the Llyn Coastline attracts an array of wildlife. Birds like choughs, peregrines and ravens all nest among the cliffs. Seals, porpoise and dolphins have all been seen in the waters below the rocks. We can’t guarantee what wildlife we’ll see which ensures every walk is individual.

Group members need suitable mountain walking footwear and weather-proof clothing. The mountain walks will last a whole day while the coastal walks can be completed in half a day, unless of course you decide to sit and soak up the views then who know what time we’ll finish but who cares.
