The summer hoildays have arrived and things have got quite a bit busier. Activities have been happening all over Snowdonia and the Llyn. Dinghy week in Abersoch is about to start. If any competitors or their families are interested in an activity please see the SPECIAL DEALS page. A quick reminder, please give us as much notice as possible when booking activity sessions.

Last week was spent in the sunshine working on a Mountain Leader training course. The ideal excuse to get into the hills, (if one was needed). This week has been a bit quieter than of late and it has also rained for the first time in ages, perfect timing! The school summer holidays are looming which, fingers crossed will bring the sun back. Wakestock is about to happen, music mud and madness. The World Cup continues with the best teams still fighting it out and a Scot is making great progress in the tennis. If anyone is interested in rock climbing then do some research on a route called the Indian Face, exciting times!

Since the last posting we've been kept busy with colleges and schools during the week then stag parties through the weekends. Plenty of variety, not only in the clients but also in the activities, coasteering, canoeing, climbing, kayaking, gorge scrambling and mountain walking. Hopefully the good weather will continue as we approach mid summer. Someone mentioned something about  a football competition happening........

The past week has kept us busy with some mountain walking and wild camping as well as some rock climbing and gorge/canyoning antics, all good fun. The bank holiday is fast approaching when we'll be surf kayaking, coasteering and canyoning, if you fancy a spot of adventure please give us a call.

Whats been happening in the big bad world then? We're under the power of a new government, volcanic ash is crippling the air travel industry, BP are spilling millions of gallons of oil into the sea and Radio 1 are going to somewhere in North Wales they keep calling Bang-or.

Our activities have been running at full steam with more college students getting a taste of North Wales and plenty of stag and hen groups celebrating with a splash. We still have spaces available for the late May bank holiday but don't hang around. First come, first served remember.

The bank holiday has arrived and with it some slightly less settled weather. Radio 1's Big Weekend is creating a quiet buzz around the place, I'm sure it will get louder as the event arrives in a couple of weeks.

The past week has been spent with some college students doing a variety of activities including rock climbing and gorge waking. Over the next few days we'll be out coasteering and climbing. We still have availability for activities over the bank holiday, if anyone is looking for an adventure give us a shout.

We've had a steady flow of sessions since Easter including the first Coasteering outing. The sea is still pretty chilly but the sun shine and air temprature makes things feel slightly warmer, not to mention the neoprene gloves, socks and a second wetsuit. The sea cliffs on Anglesey have given us a good couple of outings, rock climbing is so much steeper than the winter stuff!

We are preparing for a busy spell through May entertaining college students and a few stag parties, the bank holidays will also be pretty hectic if the sun continues to shine. Our new leaflets will be out on the streets from next week and the van should be getting a mini face lift, keep your eyes peeled.

Happy Easter. As the winter continues in Scotland, North Wales has been enjoying a sunny Easter weekend. Last week we where in the Scottish highlands in waist deep snow wading our way to the welcomed sight of the Stoneaig bothy, well done to all involved in the tough conditions. In comparison our days on Aonach Mor and indoor ice climbing were a breeze. Back in sunny North Wales we have been climbing at Tremadog and Gorge Scrambling near Betws y Coed. The coming week will see Bushcraft, Canoeing and Rock Climbing all happening, bring on the summer.
